Secure posting to Portugal

Evening, have been on ebay for a few years, and am up to speed with posting within the UK, but am currently selling an item and been asked if I will send it to Portugal. Item is worth about £100, is there any way I can send it and be covered? It isnt the sort of item that has a high scam rate.
