    With some banks this was a common practice. I have helped a friend with 2 successful PPI reclaims with NatWest, both due to this happening.

    Just remembered i posted this back in 2012. Barclays refunded me 6K within 4 days after a completing their online forms.

    I was given 8k after a successful complaint to Barclays about OD protection. I was told I must have the additions account plus OD protection to obtain an overdraft facility.
    They did a real hard sell on this product at one point

    I have just received a cheque from Barclays for £3177.92 I used Resolver for advice and wrote a letter to Barclays stating my case for a loan I had in 1998 do it yourself do not use a Clai s Management Company not needed good luck just do it I did Thank you Resolver xx
