SarEl is an employment lawyer and provides free redundancy advice. She used to do so on here until 2 muppets bullied her into leaving.
Hence the link to a redundancy forum.
How do I know who or what you are? Why is this about you?
You said yourself get some legal advice...
1. I am an employment lawyer;
2. I meant face-to-face legal advice, not on another message board; and
3. Most importantly, you could post a link to that website on every post on this redundancy board. I would undermine it's purpose.
Reported.I am an employment solicitor. However, my views should not be taken to be legal advice. It's difficult to give correct opinion based on the information given by posters.0 -

1 - Bully for you. But you are not the only employment lawyer in the world.
2 - I only post the link when the situation seems to be complicated and needs unravelling...not on every thread as you will see from looking at every thread.
Reported?
But...
Cool. I have no links to it but if it helps people in distress who can't afford legal advice then I'm happy to share.
Makes no difference to me.If you haven't got it - please don't flaunt it. TIA.0 -
Reported for what ??????
A complete over reaction to be honest.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0 -
When you get reported for being helpful more than when you are being evil - it's time to stick to being evil.If you haven't got it - please don't flaunt it. TIA.0
