British Gas Free insulation - wheres the catch?

Just seen the TV ad for free insulation from BG. Ok nothing in life is free so there has to be a catch, right?
Is this actually free or where is the catch? if no catch I'll call them up and see if im eligable

Well in most? cases it is free, there are certain conditions like area to be done and if loft is boarded and how thick present insulation is plus possibly more.
However you are correct that it is not free, BG have to recoup the cost from somewhere and they do this by increasing everyones bills.0
