There is a typo on the landing page ie:
Competition closes at midnight on Sunday 28th October
The terms show:

To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to https://www.classicfm.com and answer the question. Online entry will open at 0600 on Monday 28th October and close at 2359 on Sunday 4th November.

Only one entry per person: duplicate entries will be removed.

Prize:
7. 1 winner will receive 1 x Sky World HD package consisting of:
- 1 x Sky+HD box
- Free standard installation provided by Sky subject to the Prize Conditions
- 1 x 12 month subscription to Sky World and the HD pack (Package consists of Sky Entertainment Extra, Sky Movie Pack and Sky Sports Pack).

T's and C's state: "Online entry will open at 0600 on Monday 28th October and close at 2359 on Sunday 4th November". As the OP states, the 28th closing is a typo.
