SmartMove Estate Agents - Bournemouth

We put our house (2 bed semi in Bournemouth) on with Smartmove almost 2 months ago and they hadn't got us any viewings at all. I wish I'd found this site before signing up with them. I personally believe they are just living off the intial fee they charge and also now by selling their franchises.
It took them 6 weeks for our house to be in the free property paper (advertiser) and then that was after calling them constantly and asking them to bring the intial date they suggested forward.
After 4 weeks we also put our house on with Enfields (fairly new in Bournemouth) and they have gotten us 9 viewings so far.
Smart move's response to my queries as to why Enfields got us the viewings and they have got us none was they are before them in the alphabet and they also suggested that they were paying people to view our house!
I would avoid Smartmove at all costs. I guess this is one situation where you get what you pay for!0
