    Just following this up as I have an issue with a lost airsure letter. Can anyone confirm, I paid for insurance up to the SALE value, but I have read they only compensate the purchase price regardless of insurance taken.

    Has anyone got any ideas? Many thanks in advance!

    Your loss is the purchase price.

    Therefore, that is what you might expect as the result of a successful claim.
