Condensation In Utility Room

I'm having problems with condensation in a utility room that's on the side of my kitchen. It's made mainly from wood and glass with a felt roof. There is no ventilation in there and when the heating is on or I've been cooking or just overnight when it's cold there's a lot of condensation on the windows.
I was looking at either getting a dehumidifer or a humidstat/humistat fan for the room but wasn't sure which would be the best option. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
There is a vent leading outside that used to be for a tumble dryer hose - is it possible to get something to fit this?

To be honest with the type of construction you describe it'll be hard to eliminate condensation.
Of the two options you mention i'd go for a dehumidifier over heating the room since its sounds like you've got little to no insulation in the construction.0
