Scottish Power question
I'd like to get the Scottish Power 2014 fixed rate package for my flat. However when I go through the online application process it says the account would not be active till Dec 5th. This is two days after Scottish Power's rates go up.
Does anyone know if the rates fixed in would be today's rates or what?
This might be a dumb question!
Thanks, Rob
