I have bought a beach hut

I bought a beach hut this week.
It is in a bad state and needs painting.
Could anyone advise the best paint to use as it floods some times and is on a very windy part of the beach.

    yet some yacht varnish, only prob is its normally clear, maybe you could use it as a top coat over a colour?
    search for marine paints and see what comes up,

    did you need a mortgage, up the coast from my dads is Southwold and i think they go for 10s of thousands
    living on the "edge"

    Also I hope I can call on you all when we flood.
    We are about 45 mins from southworld and yes it did cost quite a bit but it was a bit of a bargain.
