Ppi

After sending letters out to reclaim ppi A&l then came out with,that they had already sent me letters over three(3) years ago.Saying that i have had the chance to reclaim.....Even though i never recived them i've now taken it further....lets see how it goes and what other tricks they may try!!!!!!!!!!!!:(:mad:

    Good luck.

    At the same time, make it clear that you had not received anything in the post about making a PPI reclaim complaint, and state if you had then you are certain you would have taken this matter up earlier.

  • You may say it is a "trick" but they could argue that, on the contrary, it is your assertion that you did not receive the letters that is the trick.

    If the bank can show the letter was sent to the correct address then FOS will be forced to conclude that it is more likely than not that you did receive it.
