Misleading Ebay Ad

How do you report and item that is not being truthfully described on Ebay as the report item button doesn't seem to have an appropriate link.

Basically and item is listed that I previously bought and rejected. The seller refunded in full.

The item was and is listed as BNWT in excellent condition and unworn.

However it was clearly faulty but it is again listed without any reference to the fault. I think this is very unfair on the next successful bidder.

I don't want to list the item here as the seller maybe a MSE and will know my name/address etc!

From eBay's point of view there might not be any proof so it might not be removable. Have you left feedback, if not a neg would highlight the issue or you can leave a follow up to the comment you've already posted.

If the return was handled amiably it might be worth messaging the seller to advise them to mention the fault.

I'm not sure which category of reports it would fall under, I think you just have to pick the closest option.

As above, if you've left negative feedback there isn't much more you can do. Speaking as Devil's advocate, the seller could have had another one that was as described, so you may not be reporting the item correctly.

Just left neutral feedback as the seller did refund immediately but the goods were clearly not as advertised and damaged.

No she doesn't have more than one, it's an item of clothing and it's clearly faulty.

I've had something like this before except when I returned them they said that they were supposed to be like that, so I knew that they were relisting the same thing. I left a follow up comment in the feedback hoping people would check it.
