The AA

Just like to say my surprise having paid £99, last December via top cashback who lodged a claim on my behalf have just been given the reason of invalid reference for non-payment of cashback. I paid the fee, transaction tracked perfectly, I thought at the time this was too good to be true to receive £60 cashback. Will not be using the AA any more.

Sorry to hear that, but the AA just paid me £35.35 cashback on my deal. So all went well for me.

Surely it would make more sense not to use Top Cashback any more!

This time around I telephoned the AA at renewal time and threatened to leave the AA and join the RAC. Renewal fee dropped from £67 to £43 - and I get to keep the free home start:)

When it was time for my renewal they actually said it wasn't there problem Quidco didn't track and they weren't going to do anything I told them i wasn't renewing because of there attitude Went to the Rac and quidco tracked no problem.
