Hi there,

I know this is a long shot but I'm trying to work out who would have provided the loan for a car I purchased from Carcraft, Empress, Newport in 2001.

I recently found a electronic xls file on my old hard drive which stated the payments were made to: "ARROS RE PRIME SWE" but cannot find anything on the FSA website relating to this company.

Update. Found another file detailing loans and it states NAC Credit Agreement. Looked on the FSA Website and it details a company in London but I'm not sure it's the right one. "202892 - NAC Reinsurance International Limited"

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance. Scott

You can't complain to the loan provider, unless it's the same as the seller of the PPI.
You complain to the seller, but this is pre-regulation of course.
Are you sure you don't want to know the name of the insurer?
