Any one know of a link to a sample/example S8?

Ideally not one needing prior registration to a website, or completion of an online form to receive it by email, but a direct link....

No idea if its a "good one" or not, but the Section 21 templates on the same site have been referred to on LLZ.

Its certainly comprehensive - although it could be trimmed slightly for most normal AST cases to make it more understandable to tenants. There is no need to explain all possible options if it is just a "normal" S8 G8/10/11!

Sorry, can't help with the notice.

Just wanted to thank you for your kindness on the thread with the much-altered contract. I noticed your absence during part of Sept, & am wondering about INAM from the bankruptcy forum & now DVS. Never thought anyone would bother about me. So I shall post something every day now even if its something idiotic.

I went off in a huff after a ticking off by the mods! Not being friendly enough apparantly so thought "I don't need this - better things to do!"

Then realised I don't have better things to do :rotfl:.

Yeah - now you point it out, where is DVS? Maybe realised he has better things....!

It must be hard not to get irritated by the idiot posters, I think you may have to step back after a few posts to see where things are going (did you ever read SarEl on Redundancy?) I find it really hard to tell initially whether a poster is a simpleton or a WUM, & when that question's settled there's really no way forward on the thread.

G_M please don't leave. I would much rather a person post straightforward advice (and come across as blunt) that have a fluffy, cuddly "There, there" type of post which doesn't move the problem onwards. I enjoy reading your posts, more power to your elbow I say!
Same goes for DVS too.
