Lovefilm and ipad problem

i have a Lovefilm account and went to watch something on my ipad and a box with a message saying

Security Check

it appears you have deactivated your ipad via lovefilm.com

but i have not done this and i have checked online and my ipad is still showing.

so what could be the problem?

i have deleted the App on ipad and installed it again but still got the same problem.
