help installing coupon printer please

wonder if you can help me please. i tried to print coupons on my hubby's pc and when installing coupon printer halfway through it closed and said parameters not met? i was trying to print this months loreal coupons. i was able to print off the special k and nouvelle on his pc. i wondered if anyone had come across this before? thanks

Do the coupons need printing from a different version of coupon printer?0 -
managed to get it working on my hubbys pc by using google chrome. but am having the same problem on both our toshiba netbooks the parameter is incorrect. tried chrome and both the suggestions on the links to no avail, can anyone help please?:love: married to the man of my dreams! 9-08-090
