Argos pet insurance

I've been using Argos pet insurance for three or four years now and never needed to make a claim until now.
Two weeks ago I rang for a claim form and was told in the post. Still not arrived this Monday so I rang again and they said there had been problems with their printer but they'd been reprinted at the weekend and on its way. Still not received today so rang again and was told they would fax a copy today - still not here!!! :mad:
Anyone else had problems?

Shame some companies cant provide PDF of claim forms on there web site. Oh is it the case of they dont like you to claim, and make life difficult for you to do so, in the vague hope that ones gives up?

Well, I for one am not giving up, need to claim over £300!!!
It is very frustrating though, and a PDF would be so much easier!!!0
