  • After a stressful day things are looking up.
    It appears my NI is in order, so an appeal form has been posted off.
    I appear to have been over taxed since April as well and may well get an almost immediate rebate, I'll wait 'till next April if need be, but just before Xmas could be a great help.

    I managed to get through to someone at the DWP who confirmed that even though (currently pending appeal) I am on income based JSA with no payments, I DO qualify for dental treatment etc and should have received a "letter of entitlement"--one was posted to me today.
