Im no troll and wasnt being nasty. Are you saying that I have no right to an opinion. I was simply making a point, all this guy did was help her, if he hadnt she would still have the loan. Why cant she sell whatver she spent the money on. I dont think that she will stay in and never socialise for the next ten years. So when she does go out she is in effect spending his money.
Thats the way i see it. And i hav a right to an opinion.

    Titeas,
Your opinion is valid but ,I think we should agree to differ.Of course as with any family ,my loyalty lays with my niece .

The loan money was to buy a car -she can't sell it because it was written off in a car accident and she is still awaiting the Insurance claim to settle .
It won't take 10 years to pay it back as, she intends to increase her payments when she can .it is just that at this current moment in time she does not have the finances and he knows that .
As I said ,it is sorted now and I hope for both their sakes that it can be paid off soon .

I am glad that the claim has been dropped as,that was her biggest worry .

I am glad it is all settled for her, and hopefully when the insurance money comes through she can pay him back and move on.
I wasn't being funny with you and Im glad you can see that it is loyalty for your neice as to why you are seeing things just one way.

The bum stills needs to get a job, she has more benefits than i do meals. Oh by the way it seems such a coincidence that this guy was loaded and she was broke, sounds fishy to me, using him for his money i think. Probably just bone idle lazy, has loads of kids, claims all she can, no need to work, definately a loser.

Can I just say you sound like you have the biggest chip on your shoulder going and I hope you never have to claim benefits if you see people who do as the lowest of the low.

As for the financial situation of the OP's neice again you sound very bitter. Not everyone looks at their partner as a meal ticket.

As my ma would say if you can't be pleasant then don't say anything at all.

People come on this site for help and support and do not need you saying all sorts. You do not know the situation she is in and what has happened in her life. Get yourself a life and find a new forum for people who have nothing better to do than slag people off!

To Montycat - glad everything worked out ok.

My niece has worked since she was 17 -Had the baby at 19 (9 weeks premature )-Still worked despite this and has worked until she was made redundant in January .Since then she has been involved in a car crash and can't work due to a whiplash injury .
she has a 5 year work record and only been on benefits for 2 months .Hardly a sponger off the state if you ask me .

Dont worry about it, you do not have to jusify her. I hope now you will understand why I was offended at being called a troll. I had a different opinion to yourself and expressed it. What some people have done is just rude.
