    Hi ,
    I'm not saying she won't pay him back ,only that he wants £90.00 a month from her wheras,she can only afford £5.00.

    it will be nearly ten years until its paid back. What would she have done if she still had the loan? I cant help feeling sorry for this guy.

    whilst I can see your point, I'm sure that if the poor girl could pay it off quicker then she would !

    Provided she can produce evidence that she can only - at this point in time - afford £5 per month then I don't think a court will make her pay £90....if she hasn't got it then she hasn't got it.

    As I said before make all payments by a traceable method
    2014 Target;
    To overpay CC by £1,000.
    Overpayment to date : £310

    2nd Purse Challenge:
    £15.88 saved to date

    She has responded to the claim and stated£5.00 a month .

    The ball is now back in his court .

    He is an accountant earning £50,000+ a year and owns a £200,000 flat .Single and drives a Mercedes -Compare that to my niece and well,I don't feel sorry for him .

    Im go back to what I said How would she pay the loan now if he hadnt of helped. Ok he has a good job but he has worked hard for years to be in this position. (Its a principal thing) Just because he is loaded doesnt mean he should be treated any different to someone who isnt. Maybe sell what ever she spent the money on could be an idea.

    This is terrible, you people who are being nasty should be ashamed of yourselves. Dont make judgements on people, thats just plain rude and mean. This person is here asking for help, not to have people making him/her feel horrible. C'mon people show some respect.
    Montycat, take the good advice, ignore the nastiness and I hope your neice gets it sorted soon :)
