    You don't want them on a spur.

    You want them each on a dedicated circuit, no need for it to be a ring circuit.

    If it's on a spur on a 13A ring main, then it's potentially dangerous. You'd be foolish to rely on the fuse to blow to protect the wiring which, depending what else is connected to the circuit, could start overheating the wires, which aren't of the spec for storage heaters. Wired in this way, the storage heaters would use daytime electricity as well as nighttime. afaiia, the ringmain can typically handle about 20A, and a 3.4kW storage heater would itself take about 60% of that, add in a kettle and you'd be at the limit. Check with a qualified electrician.

    Usually, E7 is wired so each heater has a separate circuit, and those circuits only become live at night on cheaper rates. I expect these days it is illegal to play around with such circuits unless you have the correct certification (but I'm not sure of that). Get a Part P qualified electrician in, I'm sure it would make his day!
