zanussi washing machine makes a racket when spinning

We have a zanussi zwg 1120m and its been making a hell of a racket when its on the spin cycle. Its so loud it sounds like an areoplane taking off, lol.
If you spin the machine on empty its as quite as a mouse but as soon as you spin with a load in it starts doing it again.
Any clues to what gone in it.
Thanks

Maybe one of the dampening springs that hold the cement blocks to the drum has gone.
Some machines have bolts through the blocks which can work loose.
Open the door and try pushing the inner drum backwards and forwards, there should be tension and it should just move around.
Take the top off and (not putting your hands anywhere near the innards) put it on a spin cycle with a small load, watch what the drum does which will give a clue as to whats wrong.0
