Credit File error

My Experian credit report seems to have an issue (the other two are fine) - a new payment record has now started appearing for an old address I used to live at, listed as 'Public Utility'. It has no detail, the amount is always £0 and there is no listed company, it just seems to be an empty template thats been rolling on for a few months. Thankfully its actually being registered as all paid & up to date month on month, but its still disconcerting.

How do I get this fixed? I don't even know who the company is to contact!

I had this issue with Equifax and an old Virgin mobile account that was closed 6 years ago. It suddenly appeared again and was active instead of settled. Sent Equifax an online dispute and they removed it within a month

Also had a similar problem but with a CC account that belongs to me and has the correct address but suddenly Equifax started reporting it at my old address so it looked like I had active accounts at multiple addresses. Again, sent an email, and again it was corrected, but a month later it reappeared at the wrong address again. Fault is with Equifax as Halifax are showing the correct address. This one is still ongoing - and annoying
