Leave a neutral or not bother?

I recently won an auction for a winter coat for my DD.
The coat arrived and it looked fine, but inside the pockets were loads of rubbish - snotty tissues and sweet wrappers.
I mailed the seller who got a bit uppity about it and just replied 'So, you got the coat didnt you!'
I feel like leaving a neutral as the coat obviously wasnt washed before sending, and the attitude of the seller was a bit off.

I'd leave a factual comment, but I'd toss up between a neutral and a negative. There's no excuse for selling something with that kind of germy rubbish in the pockets. What's their other feedback like?"Save £12k in 2019" #120 - £100,699.57/£100,0000

She has 100% feedback but it looks like most of them are as a buyer. Only 52 ratings.SPC #1813

Assuming she's new to selling then, I'd go for a neutral but definitely comment about the stuff in the pockets."Save £12k in 2019" #120 - £100,699.57/£100,0000

Sorry, but there's absolutely no excuse for sending it out in that state in the first place, and then replying with a type of message like that.
I'd personally neg her with a factual statement - "Coat arrived with rubbish in pockets. Seller rude when I complained".
If they're fairly new to selling, it may make them think twice the next time.0 -
I would have left a neutral up until the reply to the e-mail was received.
If they had apologised about the stuff in the pockets I might have considered sticking at neutral, but after "'So, you got the coat didnt you!'" I would have negged them.0 -
neg for the nasty message , could have been a mistake and a nice appology but when they get stroppy i think a neg is in order0

Feedback comment suggestion:
Seller was as snotty as the tissues left in this dirty item.0 -
The problem with that is that the seller might manage to get ebay to remove the neg if they claim it's insulting.
Something simply such as:
Dirty tissues in coat when delivered. Seller not bothered.0 -
Email her telling you are going to leave negative unless she refunds 50%
Any feedback she then leaves will be removable then, as that would count as feedback abuse/extortion...
And why a partial refund? You do that yourself do you?
Most sellers will tell you the same as i would, either return for a full refund. I, and many other sellers don't don't fold with threats like that. And i for one, don't do 'partial refunds'.0
