Has anyone had a parcel go missing when using hermes?
What was the claim procedure like? How long did it take, and were there any complications?
I'm not referring to damaged products, but things that have just gone missing in their system.
I sent a small ipad type device with them, and it appears to have vanished into thin air.
It's only worth about £50, but I've heard some not-so-good things about their 'claims policy'
regards.
