M&S Premier Bank Account?

Has anybody opened or is thinking about opening a current account with M&S? Their £20 per month fee seems a bit steep to me.

I thought about it.

And then decided to waste £240 a year watching poor quality football as it was better value.

That's truly bad use of £240. You could have got a super handbag [for your partner, if you don't do handbags yourself] for the same money.

If you already have the premium club it won't cost any extra if you go for the one without insurance. Wether that is value for you or not depends on your circumstances.

I fail to see how the m+s account is good value, whether or not you have premium club, which is equally shocking value.

From where I'm sitting, its all about perceived status and enforced loyalty.
