Has anybody opened or is thinking about opening a current account with M&S? Their £20 per month fee seems a bit steep to me.

Why are you asking?0 -
I thought about it.
And then decided to waste £240 a year watching poor quality football as it was better value.0 -

That's truly bad use of £240. You could have got a super handbag [for your partner, if you don't do handbags yourself] for the same money.0 -
If you already have the premium club it won't cost any extra if you go for the one without insurance. Wether that is value for you or not depends on your circumstances.0

But don't forget you'll get a FREE £40 gift card and FREE birthday gift, every year! and don't forget the free drink vouchers!
Or you could just spend the £240 on a gift card of your choice, and treat yourself for your birthday.0 -
I fail to see how the m+s account is good value, whether or not you have premium club, which is equally shocking value.
From where I'm sitting, its all about perceived status and enforced loyalty.0 -
