Hi I'm about to begin the claim process with this company. Can anyone tell me if they have an address in England as I can only find their Scottish address, I would hate to get to the court stage to find there is no English address! I've googled it but can't seem to find anything
Thanks for any help.

I am about to begin this also so thanks for the link.
Mine date back to 2003 though and having tried to get my late payment charges back off them years ago without success I do not hold out much hope here either.0 -
Yes, RBS are now dealing with their liabilities.
It seems a lot of PPI Qs and the like were returned undelivered from their Scottish address.
The FOS intervening seems to have got RBS to respond.
Indeed RBS are now making offers on PPI mis-sold on store cards in 2002 onwards. Please be polite to OPs and remember this is a site for Claimants and Appellants to seek redress against their bank, ex-boss or retailer. If they wanted morality or the view of the IoD or Bank they'd ask them.0 -
Anyone else wonder why random years-old threads are routinely bumped up for seemingly no reason at all.?
This thread dates from April 2007 and the last post before today's 'bump' was made February 2013!0
