I bought a dress on ebay (obviously, not sure why i put that) and immediately sent a payment via paypal. However, for some reason the payment has not gone through automatically and, after a week and two emails from me, the seller has not accepted the payment. Nor has she replied. According to paypal she is an unregistered user? Any advice about what i should do?

I'd give ebay a ring and ask them for advice.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -
If a payment is showing as unclaimed in Paypal you can cancel it from your end. People can be struck off temporarily for not paying their fees, so maybe wait a couple of days at the most and see whether they are reinstated."Well, it's election year, Bill, we'd rather people didn't exercise common sense..." - Jed Bartlet, The West Wing, season 4
