Ebay delivery estimates???

I don't normally sell to overseas buyers on Ebay, purely because the things I tend to send are big and bulky.
Anyway, a listing that I have running at the moment has had a lot of interest from Europe, so I decided to open it up to them.
I am charging for International Signed for which is £17.00. The item ends on Sunday, I normally dispatch Monday, Tuesday at the very latest. The estimated delivery showing on Ebay for overseas buyers is Wednesday 31st Oct to Friday 2nd Nov.
Is this achievable? I don't want any trouble from buyers who expect an item to be with them by Friday at the latest if I post on Tuesday.
Any thoughts?

The international ETAs are screwed as are some of the UK ones. eBay have under promise, over deliver backwards and no concept of retail whatsoever with regards to this matter. A monkey with one arm and half a brain would do a better job than eBay have ever managed with the total shambles that Estimated Delivery Dates have been from day one.
Fortunately most international customers are realistic and not stupid enough to follow such nonsense but worth emailing to confirm the tracking and a more realistic ETA of your own incase the buyer isn't familiar with international purchasing (like the one I had last night who emailed 4 times at 4am asking to post straight away as the Post Office is open to 12pm clearly unaware I wasn't in Australia nor their time zone!).In the game of chess you can never let your adversary see your pieces0
