Further to my earlier post I am having great difficulty connecting my scanner to my PC. I have two wires both the same parallel wires. They both have one end with pins in and the other with a chip type thing. Scheming gypsy replied earlier on to connect the pc to the scanner and then the scanner to the printer. I simply cannot do this as the wires will not fit.
Thanks a very confused Angie

what is on the back of the scanner? port wise
there'll be a power connector and if you're using a parallel cable there should be a connector like..
are there any other plugs or more than 1 of the above?0 -
There are two one with the holes in and one with pins in. The one with holes has a picture of a printer above. The one with pins in has a picture of a computer above it.
Also the power electrical socket. Do I need something with the same ends or something?
Thanks

reet..
the one with holes, plug the printer cable into it then into the printer and the other one with a computer pic might need you to buy another cable, 25pin male - 25 pins female.0 -
