Inheritance tax...none UK citizen.

Hope someone can help...

Parents are from South Ireland (domicile).

Q1. I will be due to inherit a large sum of monies..however can someone tell me what the tax rate will be in Ireland & if i will have to pay further in the UK?
Inheritance will involve cash & one property.

Q2. to help minimise the tax my parents want to give me a cash gift yearly for the foreseeable future.
What is the largest cash gift i can receive without being taxed?

PLEASE HELP...
