PayPal faster withdrawls

Having enjoyed a couple of weeks worth of being able to withdraw money from PayPal and have it sat in my bank account a minute or so later, I'm annoyed at the fact that they are now verifying every single withdrawl I make (and my withdrawls are only ever for anything up to £30, once a day).

Not only are they verifying every withdrawl, but each one takes exactly 72 hours. They might as well not have this faster payment system in place at all. What a swizz!

If I wish the spend the money on eBay items though, theres no 72 hour hold on the cash then.

All seems a bit of a con to me.

Mine have all taken 4 hours for 'security reasons' - none have been instant.
Better than 2-3 working days!

Thats the whole thing though, if they're going to security review me for 72 hours, then thats no better than the 2-3 working days that the system used to take!!

Mine are more or less instant, having been 'reviewed' for the last few weeks and taking 24 hours, but not longer.

Makes you wonder what exactly it is they need to review? And why don't they need to review all payments made using paypal balances, not just withdrawls?

Theres no difference in me making a withdrawl to me spending that money on eBay items, really.
