Lanzarote

Hi all

I've still not booked anywhere for my holiday to lanzarote mid july, can anyone personally recommend apartments in the old town.

I believe it is a really nice place to stay in the old town of puerto del carmen, and it's only about a 15 minute walk to the main strip.

I really need to get something booked soon, I don't want to leave it until last minute.

Please help :D

Helen

i would recommend the Los Pueblos Apartments, the only problem is that its up a huge hill, but we have stayed in there twice, and love it, It's about a 15-20 min walk to the main strip and if you want to get a taxi back its only 2-3 euros.
May - Sex and the City tickets. June - £5 spar voucher, July - Sally Hansen nail shine & miracle set, mccains garden games, August - ERB Spa goody bag worth over £100

    Thanks for the recommendation.

I've just looked at some reviews for Los Pueblos, one said that the apts only had a kettle and toaster, no microwave, tv etc. Is this true?

yeah it doesn't have a microwave, to be honest though we dont cook in the apartment. It has 2 hobs. The tv you've got to rent, but also when we go on holiday were never in, so didn't bother. The last time we ended up having a tv in our room, cause it was obviously left there from the previous people, but think i turned it on once in the two weeks we were there. I suppose it depends what you want though.
