    use diy-kitchens.com for units, diapol for granite and a local fitter. doing things this way we did our 4m x4m kitchen for under 6k, excluding appliances and tiles. got 3 tall units a larder and pull out corner units. carcasses are all 18mm glued and screwed and were delivered solid with doors\drawers pre-fitted. once the 1st it was done fitting them is easy.

    didnt know you do ties lol - and my house is Midlands - well East Midlands, Nottingham.

    Havent bought mine yet - though Ive priced them up and my fitter my be able to get them at trade.
