Anybody else really hate mutualpoints?

I have just been totally ripped off by mutualpoints!
I switched to Npower believeing that I'd get 4200 points. After waiting over 2 months, I've now been given 1050 points and told that 4200 points were never on offer.
Don't know why I'm shocked. They previously refused to give me points for thousands of pounds worth of purchases with Viking Direct beause 'Viking had failed to pay up and were no longer a merchant'. A couple of months later, Viking is a merchant again and I get no points!

I haven't had any problems with MutualPoints yet, but I haven't been credited with a few eBay and Amazon offers.
  • I've been OK with them in the past but I have been doing the e-mail click daily for the last 6 months and no points have been credited for ages.

I received another cheque for 25 pounds 2 months ago, and am nearly ready to claim the next one.
I have had no problems whatsoever.

Ive been really happy with them. I have had a cheque off them ages ago when you could claim for just £10, and I currently have £50 worth of points which I havent redeemed yet which I will do soon

MutualPoints is one of the few that I'm happy with - so far. Is it 3000 points you need before you can claim - and is it £20.00? I'd be grateful for any help - thanks :D

I like Mutual Points as well. I do the daily clicks and every couple of months or so receive a cheque for £20.

Yeah you cant claim until you have 3000 points which is worth £20 then every additional 750 points is worth another £5

It seems to be quite easy to get the points at the moment. Im getting at least 3 emails a day to click on and am also trying to go onto the quick rewards page of my mutualpoints page to get more points

i recently had an issue where loads of points for different offers I signed up for over 2 months ago weren't credited to my account.

I kept a log in a spreadsheet anyway as and when i signed up plus all the emails as proof.

I emailed them and to their credit within 2 weeks it was all sorted out. I have now got the 4800 points i was due.

Ok so i shouldn't have had to ask for them in the first place but they were polite and sorted the problem out.
