Nationwide bank accounts

I have not the best credit history and have applied for a Nationwide bank account which they have given me a cash card account. That's fine but I would like to know...... has anyone had a cash card account made up to a flex account? If so how long did it take?

Run a cash card account well for at least 6 months and you can usually request a debit card.0

It already comes with a Visa Debit Card.0
