double glazing windows company

I was just wondering if anyone knew how to help.

I have had a double glazing company take me to court over a service they did not provide with documents that were blank when i signed and sent letters to the address which i did not live at. they have put a ccj on my name and a charge on my property i did everything i said i would and they failed to deliver the goods on time they did not provide me with much of a service and they claim that the only details i gave them to contact me were the ones for the house where i did not live, only recently have i found proof that i did give them my address i have been to court once and am now not sure what to do as the judges always seem to rule not in my favour.

when i signed i knew that i was signing to agree to have the windows, but i was living in birmingham at the time at could not keep travelling up i told the lady to call me the following week to confirm if i wanted to go ahead, then i told her that any correspondence should be sent to the address in birmingham i was living at, i know i gave her the address. i went to court regarding this matter and told them what had happened, basically when the time arrived that they agreed that they fit the windows had come i still had not heard anything another 2 weeks went by and i got an answer phone message that they were ready to be fitted i then returned the call and got an answer phone so i left a message, about 2 days later i got another answer phone message so i returned the call again. and got an answer phone, so i called the branch where i got the windows they told me i had to call there head office which i did, they then told me i had to speak to the lady i asked if anyone else could help all i want to do was just arrange a date they said no, so i tried the number again to get another answer phone message, after all this and the fact that they were late i was getting a little frustrated so i sent an email through the companies website telling them either someone call me to arrange the appointment or i dont want the windows as i just wanted them fitted as they were already late and i needed them fitted to complete a sale on my property which subsequently fell through, about 6 months down the line i found out that they had put a ccj on my name i then tried to appeal the order ut with no success the judge said that i had no evidence even though they felt i was telling the truth. recently among some clutter at the house i found some paperwork and the sales agent had put my home address as my work address, a cannot afford to keep going to court and now have a sale on my house but dont know what to do about the charge i've tried going to the cab but they have que's from 7 in the morning and i just can't afford to take time of work to be there, i know now that i should not have signed anything when it was blank but i trusted the sales agent and i never expected everthing to turn out like this. going to court and telling the truth has just given less faith in the judicial system and i would just like to know if there is somone out there who could help.

anyhelp would be appreciated and thanks for reading my waffle.

and yes life is a beach i just wish everyday could be a walk along it.

the company is anglian windows i believe they are a big company, ive tried speaking to the company because the law is standing in there favour and they will not do alot to help me, ihave spoken to a solicitor but he does not seem to think that alot can be done, but there must be somethinjg i can do as people should not be allowed to do business in this way.

i have found the document that says my alleged work address which is actually my home address, i will never be so naive again, well anyways if there is nothing i can do i will just have to swallow the bitter pill, but everyone else be warned and do not let them do this to you.

however if anyone can give some help or advice it wouold be much appreciated. and i'l keep reading the threads and try to stop anyone else falling for anything that i myself have as a trusting and naive person.
