Hello,
I am new to the site and would be very grateful if anyone knows what happens to the debts included in my DRO which are still showing on my credit file as they were before I entered into the DRO a year ago. I thought they would be removed or show as 'satisfied' and the DRO (or bankrupcy coding as Equifax system doesn't have the facility to show DRO yet !!) takes the debts place.
What has actually happened is that my DRO now shows as satisfied, but all the debt which was included still shows. I am starting to wonder what was the use in applying for a DRO. Does anyone know if this is correct procedure ???
