I'm in Edinburgh too and have shared the link on my facebook page.
The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.

  • thank you both.

the rescue volunteers have now found him, well they know where he is but can't catch him !!
at least he is ok and they are working on a plan to "trap" him so he can get home for some tea and a warm bed.

    thanks again x

Brilliant news, keeping everything crossed that he's caught before to long. There's also a Lost dogs Scotland site that might be handy ( I hope not ) to know about http://lostdogs-scotland.org.uk/

  • just to let you all know, he was eventually captured on Saturday afternoon thanks to a huge effort by volunteers.
he didn't come quietly as he was petrified, but hes been checked out by the vet and is now well, safe and warm. None the worse for his 3 nights "in the wild".
thanks to all who cared xx

That's great news, poor thing must have been terrified. Well done the volunteers who managed to catch him, not easy with a scared dog.
