This Qu. can be answered by anyone who has claimed ESA

If you have a scanner and you have one of those
"your certificate ending xx/xx/xxxx is about to expire please get another one to us by xx/xx/xxxx"
letters.....please scan it and post it.

This Qu can be answered by an expert in HRT or in ESA

Or (I know I shouldn't confuse one thread with 2 requests it usually means only one issue is attempted to be answered)
perhaps you know the reason why so many people who are claiming JSA and swap to ESA suddenly find they fail the HRT. There must be different criteria for JSA and ESA on HRT...do you know what the difference is?

thanks

I'm confused, I thought HRT stood for Hormone Replacement Therapy???;)

Are you sure you are using the correct letters?

I find the question easy to read.

People claim JSA no problem, but when the need to swap to ESA they are failing the HRT.

Op wants to know why and what the cause of that is and the letter may give a clue.

Ahh, no, they are entirely different subjects, but you got the jist of it correct.

(see what I mean about combining Qu's into 1 thread it allways is a mistake)
