Once they have made their "full and final" response the Banks refer you to the Ombudsman. They don't enter into any more dialogue other than to repeat their rejection. The only (very rare) exceptions are if the complainant offers new and compelling evidence.I Ive already informed them that the 2 accepted claims sound ok but i'll be ringing / responding back to the rejected claims. They said this was perfectly acceptable and they would raise the matter further when i respond.

Once i get my letter i'll give the bank a call discuss situation and if i dont get another further i'll get in touch with the Ombudsman.
