    Once they have made their "full and final" response the Banks refer you to the Ombudsman. They don't enter into any more dialogue other than to repeat their rejection. The only (very rare) exceptions are if the complainant offers new and compelling evidence.

    Thank you for that next stage information.

    Once i get my letter i'll give the bank a call discuss situation and if i dont get another further i'll get in touch with the Ombudsman.
