Although a recall feature would be useful sometimes. Otherwise my advice from my own experience is don't email when you're drunk :beer:

My experience of AOL is that the email system is so poor that up to half of the email messages we sent to AOL-using customers never arrived. It was so bad that we had to stop accepting orders from anyone using an AOL address. This was actually cheaper than dealing with the daily hassle from AOL users phoning to ask why we hadn't replied.
