Employment Contract

I've been suspended from my job. I've been there since March 2012. Ive had a text message saying im suspended. No explanation to what i've done wrong, and have no idea what im supposed to have done. I have a contract but where do i stand. I have to go in a meeting next friday.

If its a disciplinary then they must tell you and give you enough chance to come up with any explanations that maybe required.
If you are a union member then get onto them pronto.
Unfortunately though, as you have only been there a few months they can dismiss you fairly easily for no reason as you ahve not made 1 years employment.Don't trust a forum for advice. Get proper paid advice. Any advice given should always be checked0
