When does a 0% period actually start?

Hi, I'm thinking of getting the Tesco 0% on purchases credit card that stays at 0% for 16 months. When does the 0% period actually start? I'm not planning on making the purchase until mid November. :money:

Depends on the terms, It maybe the day they issue the card. The day you activate the card or any date within the next 3 months.
Check the smallprint or phone and ask them.
