Boots Huggies BARGAIN!

Hi all this is my first post so be nice ;-)

My bezzie had a baby girl today and I am doing her a hamper.

I went to boots at lunch and bought the huggies starter pack down from £5 to £3.33 it had new born nappies , wipes and cotton pleats in it. so a bargain in its self... untill.... I opened it to fine 4 x coupons inside!

£2 off Huggies new born nappies - these are on off at £2.67 so I paid 67p ( I am sure they were 2.67)

£1 off wipes these were £1.50 ish so I put a little to.

£2 off little swimmers I didnt buy these

£1 off tissues again I didnt buy these.

so all in all for around a fiver I got 2x nappies 2 x wipes and some cotton pleats! :j

These are great when they are the price you paid... Asda usually do them in their baby events too so keep an eye out for them there too for about £3 :) and the £2 off voucher will work off another starter pack... I have about 6 in my spare bedroom from the asda ones ( baby due tmrw!!)

Hope your friend and DD are well :)
To infinity and beyond - but mostly to Tesco!:D

I used the £2 voucher on a starter pack the other day. Fully intend to go and get another one the next time I'm near boots!

They'll be even cheaper soon, seeing as the Huggies brand is being ditched in europe. Best not get baby used to them!

Can't believe Huggies is being ditched! We use these ase the economy packs go half price in tesco's baby event and have never had any problems with them - £5 for 60 nappies is a good bargain!

Maybe we'll be able to get some Huggies cheap once they're discontinued? ;) Although i have a stack of reusables which i will be moving onto :)

Also - it's worth shopping around with the vouchers you get, i used a £2 off one on a superdry pack, paid £2.99 for 62 nappies in a tesco baby event. I also used the £1 off wipes voucher back when it was 3 for £2.59.

I check on all the stores to find the best deal with baby bits, then i shop! I know it says on the vouchers you cannot use in conjunction with any other offer but i hand loads over at once and they just scan. Like i said, if you shop around you can really get some good bargains! :)

I didn't know this, so thanks, I'll check it out and let my SIL know as she only uses Huggies on my Niece.
