Aw dear, it's because you didn't get the correct trigger item, you need the Vinnies lattice rectangular tin, not the biscuit barrel. (or one of the other confirmed triggers like tobelle etc)

Ive been to waitrose.com and put Green & Blacks into the search box and found a page with all 3 mini bars boxs (the far right one is not it) The pictures are not brilliant but there seems to be a classic, a milk and white and a dark chocolate one.
Do any of these work?
I think its the one on the left my store has.

Not looked at the photos but the dark collection of mini bars do not sure about the milk but have read it should, don't think As do white & classic doesn't work
