I usually get one onion, one tomato, one red onion, one chilli, one paracetamol, one stuffing mix, one own brand pepper, one noodles... have a good look around, and you will find loads of things around the 10p mark. Flumps and other sweets as well..

Just be wary on onions. I had one of each, and the SA scanned both as brown onions - so losing me one of my 8 items. Lucky I had a spare, otherwise I would have been under the 8 item limit, and the APG would have messed up.

was just wondering whether to set my alarm, shop done at 10pm, no way i can stay awake until 1am:o:o:o

just thinking back to recent glitch with the fingers, am sure some peeps who had done a shop the night before were able to retrieve their APG's successfully morning after the glitch was fixed?

oh well, i'm not taking any chances though :A

BTW if APG goes into meltdown mode that's usually a bad sign that they are fixing the glitches:(

Big thanks to all the busy bees of this thread that try out new shops, make and amend shopping lists, report failed shops etc, it makes a real difference to all of us eagerly waiting for the next move. :)

Thanks F-C , great to read your posts the last few days. :)

Pretty sure the Democrats are gonna get their man through but it will be close, its a pity they didn't get it right four an a half years ago and pick the only candidate with real balls. She woulda had things sorted out by now.:(

Theres always next time - but in a dark corner of my mind I wouldnt mind [strike]Reagan[/strike] Romney (he does have great hair) getting his chance to show how bad the Laissez-faire Brigade can screw things up. :rotfl:

    Activia Snack Pots

Worth a mention peeps, a few have mentioned them here tonight but i just wanted to highlight them as a very good filler item because -

Buy 10 for £4 (instore but multibuy not on MSM)

APG sees full price of 60p each :j

    Compare to Sainsbobs at 30p each = 30p APG + 10% off 40p paid = around 7p each?

Aau1 you are good at the maths I may have it wrong but they are surely under 10p each?

A good filler I say and 5 flavours it seems...

    Perfect :T
