I read this crap shortly after you posted, but had other things to do....

If you try and read "thanks" on posts prior to (around) Jan/Feb 2011, you can't.....you can't see who has actually thanked a poster before this date, and the same is reflected in a persons statistics...

In between Feb 2011 and now, I've only visited the site maybe a dozen times, and on those visits, thanked all the people who have contributed constructively to either threads I have created, or posts that have helped me...

So before you try and gain yourself some brownie points next time, please get your facts right, as theres nothing more annoying than idiots getting praised/thanked for bad information......

    End of....

There was me about to go to bed when i spotted the above text in someone else's quote

I juat wanted to say that i think it is great advice you give about getting your facts straight before going looking for brownie points. :T

By the way you might want to look over some of your threads as you've not thanked a few constructive replies (despite saying you've thanked them 'all')

I hope you can appreciate that i'm just offering a constructive reply ;)

Tinyshoes, it makes me :rotfl::rotfl: thinking of your 90 bottles of your wine in the bathroom. Glad you got your a stash organised tho. I didn't get the shelves because I've nowhere to put them:(. Hope your sofas aren't comfy enough for you to fall asleep on at night!:rotfl:

I know it is all a bit embarrasing really and I even bought the shelves without anywhere for them to go really, everything was in such a pickle with boxes buried under boxes and bags, I didn't have a clue how much was actually there. So instead of a bath I have boxes of wine and instead of a sink and toilet I have keter shelf units. It won't all be able to stay there forever. :(

It may take a while to get used to the new sofas, so you might have to suffer a few late nights with me. :rotfl:

Night to those who are off to bed. I'm going to try and get this BS glitch working for me. ;)

Evening Elite :D I have been trying the BS glitch for the first time. Managed to get the 3 shower gels for £3, and 4 hemp hand protectors for £10 but can't get the candle one to work, even after following the instructions on here. Never mind, I will have a go at the duos next

I didn't get to sleep until after 3.30 this morning but slept through till after 3 pm   I was making up for my lost sleep and early mornings. Steve and Andy did a great job of my decorating and other jobs I had ready for them, the angels that they are :A :A House really is coming together. My hall flooring is being fitted tomorrow, but I don't have a time for that yet, so will ring them first thing to check. Going to have a declutter in the kitchen during the day tomorrow, then try to get a workman in to fit a bit of worktop and a couple of shelves, plus fit my 2 ring hob in properly, into the new worktop

I have felt fine today, just doing a little clearing up after the weekend. The floor in my lounge is now clear  that is amazing, totally amazing   Only things that need to be in here, are in here, and all in their proper places. Totally decluttered :j :j Once flooring is down in the hall, that will be finished, with bureau/cabinet removed - totally decluttered too :j :j Stash/freezer cupboard is all sorted, though that will need decorating at some point too, but no rush

I just have to do a little at a time, then rest, otherwise my left knee or hamstring on right leg play up something terrible, so that is what I did today, a little bit here and there :D

I was 'talking' (text) to my Big Sis today and she is going to come down to visit before Christmas and will help me sort stuff in the bedroom. I told her she didn't have to but she said she wanted to see me anyway :j :j

thanks for asking, yes were all ok, next week will be tough, the funeral is tuesday so dont expect to post much then.
i like to read whats going on with everyone, trying to get a bit of "normality" back, not interested in glitching at the mo, just taking each day as it comes. if loosing mil so early teaches us anything, its that you have to take each day as it comes, enjoy it whilst your here, we are going to look after our self a bit more as we have 2 young children and 2 grandchildren so we want to be around for a while. i think, like most people, we worry about to many un-important things, and take too many things forgranted,so family and friends are going to take prority xxx:)

Good words lily - all very very true :(:D

Off for another go at the BS glitch now ;)

  • Finally caught up.
I've had a very tiring day but the best bit was sitting holding a new born baby. He's so tiny but looks so like his dad it's unbelievable, his mum's doing well but worried he's developing colic so I was showing her how to wind an awkward baby (my DS was hard to wind).

I am resisting the body shop glitch because I spent this evening sorting stuff out in the hall and landing and found quite a lot of toiletries so filled the drawers in my bathroom unit but still have quite a lot

I have found ideal carpet for my stairs and landing but am now having second thoughts about it and wether to bother with it or just put more laminate flooring down but I really like the carpet. Decisions, decisions :rotfl:
I've worked out that if I won £1000 on the lottery I'd be able to finish my house off the way I want it :D. My mum said to just use my CC to pay for it all, doesn't she realise how long it took me and DH to pay all of them off  I'm not going down that road again, no way!

Anyway, got to get some sleep I've got a doc appointment tomorrow afternoon. I think she just wants to see how I've been since my blood test and probably do another one to see if my levels have come down any but I don't think they have :(.

    Goodnight all xxx

Dodo :A how are you, did you have a good weekend? Hope you don't mind I did tell everyone you forgot your wine. ;)

Debs text me earlier, I have resisted so far but was just going for a peek at the BS site that will probably not be a good idea. :rotfl:

Well I was fine till my daughter threw up twice since going to bed!
I don't do sick very well and you realise how much motherly love is when you cup your hands and catch it ( sorry) while screaming at my other half to ge a bowl orvanything.

Anyway she's just woken up and done it again - in a bowl this time!

And I am back to reading this site watching over her!

:( Hope that is the last of it. Poor thing. Hope she feels better soon. :)

I finally managed to do one BS order with a bit of fiddling. Could not get any of the handcreams to work. Must have just missed that one.

Having my last falling asleep session on my sofa. Going to bed now don't want to still be here when they come to take it away. ;)
