Thanks very much- thought that it had gone. Now that biscuit glitch over time to go on diet:):)

But has it ended, or just the Fab Fingers which were the best return?

One of my receipts where the Fabs failed earlier showed the Vinnie drum of biscuits still matching at £6/£4 so 2 of those and a Fab Fingers (if I have understood what is happening correctly - it is now N/A so 2 matching items from the 3/£10 deal will still match and you could if you wanted use Fab Fingers as the trigger...?) - this would give an APG of £4.40 so £5.60 (£1.87 or so each)? For the Vinnie drum it includes 5 packs of biscuits that are top notch, but even if you assumed they were normally 50p a pack on offer (as currently £1.09 a pack), this could still be a good offer to split for personal use?

Just an idea to keep the dream alive :)

i've just rang Ts CS to see if any of my local extras are doing this new promo of accepting competitors mocs.....the chap I spoke to had to check through his emails as they'd had some details sent through...he then proceeded to confirm...

all extras are participating and SHOULD have banners up to show this...but even if no banners, they do accept them.

you cannot use a Ts £5 wys £40 moc and an As one in the same transaction...i asked why as the A one had no value to T and was purely being used to entice customers to spend in Ts...he said he didnt know, but you cant use both....clearly thats SA dependant if people have managed so far :D

Hi what area is your local please. No need for address, just that previous posts mentioned NI and I'm a long way from there.
  • I have to agree Locarr. I take the mick, but only if my favourite sa is on. If I can't find a suitable sa then I just don't bother. Choosing a suitable sa is a skill and thankfully to date that skill has served me well as I have yet to be properly trouted.

I am lucky, there are a couple of real crackers at my local As who 'get' what I am doing and are happy to help. Today, for example I bought 3 x 1l spirits + fillers for about £47ish. I used 6 or 7 apgs from my 6 x WW dabbles (£7.10 apg each time from a £1 spend) and ended up paying 17p.

Their website says valid from 4/10 but doesn't state an end date (the SEL might but didn't check, sorry) - so it may be on for the long haul up to Christmas (as the RRPs/normal prices are definitely not value for money ... in fact at £3.33 it is debatable!).

The "trigger" has to be an item that doesn't show on apg , so an n/a wont work as the trigger and your other two would show at the £3.33, not to say there is not a return to be had but wont be anywhere near as much as the fa fingers because they were soooo over priced:D
